Refund and Returns Policy

Because our products are edible, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, taste preferences, or once packages are opened.
Non-returnable items
- All food items (e.g., Umbrella Dalgona Cookie)
- Opened or unsealed packages
- Gift tins that have been opened
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect
We’ll make it right. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of:
- the item, 2) the outer packaging, and 3) the shipping label.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Cancellations
You may cancel before dispatch. Once shipped, orders can’t be cancelled.
Legal note
This policy does not affect your statutory rights (e.g., for faulty goods). For health/hygiene reasons, edible goods are not suitable for return.
